today is the 1st Jan 2007... the 1st day of a new year... now i'm here to update my blog with my taiwan trip... actually my old laptop is spoilt, but my dad jus bought a new 1, which is wat i am using now...

woke up @ 10+... left the house @ 11+.. met my cousins @ the airport... had lunch with them... n my clumsy bro spilt miso soup on my cousin's pants... so it became "MISO PANTS"... =) boarded the plane @ 2.30... reached taipei international airport @ 8.30pm.. collected our luggages, den boarded the coach n headed straight for out hotel, riverview hotel... onced i unlocked the room door, i turned on the television... n i saw hua yang shao nian shao nu... but i couldn't watch it because we were all going to xi men ding to shop... haha... the weather was cool... temperature was between 10-12 degree celsius... COOL!!!! went shopping... saw a ring, liked it very very much... but didn't buy it... sigh... regretting it now... xi men ding is cool!!! i wanna stay there!!! left xi men ding @ 11.30pm... walked back to the hotel... took a bath, slept after watching some shows.... =D

woke up @ 6am... took a bath and left the hotel room with our luggages... went downstairs for breakfast... after breakfast, we left the hotel @ 8am... took the coach to a place... it is some navy place... the guards have to stand on a platform for an hour without moving, or else they would have to be punished... after that, we went sight seeing, see the chinese ancient buildings... went to take a look at the majestic hotel, which was burnt down once before, loosing more than a million dollars worth of antiques... wind was chilling... went for lunch @ a restaurant... they served all the taiwan delicacies... it was really yummy... the meat ball is 1/2 the size of my fist... really not kidding... =D we went to the earthquake exhibnition centre... it was really cool... because the place has not been re-built yet.... the running track which has gone through the earthquake, was left the same... one side of the track is now higher then the other cos of the plates that collide together... learnt a lot there... after lunch, we hopped onto the coach again and headed for tai zhong... before going to the hotel, we went to a night market for dinner... the food there was shoik, but was too oily... temperature as usual, between 10-12 degree celsius... after dinner, we took the coach to the hotel, hotel royal... we checked in to our rooms...the room was so dark, even when all the lights are being turned on... the toilet is also super huge... but the only light source is coming from the sink... it carn even light up the whole toilet... n the bath tub is so high n it looks like a coffin to me... anyway, i still used the toilet, bathed n got to sleep!!! =D

woke up @ 6am again... bathed... watched yu le bai fen bai in the room for a while... luo zhi xiang is so shuai!!! plus xiao gui is so cute... haha... left the hotel room @ 6.45am... ate breakfast downstairs... the cafe is so quiet... there aren't any other tourists there exceopt for our tour group... so eerie... =D anyway, i left that eerie place... took the coach n left for gao xiong... haha...the weather there was warmer, but it was still cold!!! haha... had lunch... after lunch, we went to taiwan's most famous temple... the temple is so big... the tour guide gave us a very detailed description of the ornaments in the temple... after going to the temple, we went sight seeing again n went to pluck strawberries... cos there was extra time... the srawberries were really big and red plus sweet!!! in the evening, we went to the night market again for dinner... checked into the hotel, citizen hotel.. this hotel is much better... after putting our luggagaes in the room, we left the hotel n went out to walk.. the weather was freezing!!! some more i was wearing slippers!!! =P went to look at the fruits they were selling!!! the fruits there are all 100% sweet!!! delicious... =D after walking out, we went back to the hotel.. bathed, changed and slept... =D

woke up 6am... watched luo zhi xiang n xiao gui on yu le bai fen bai before bathing... left the hotel room @ 7am, after watching yu le bai fen bai... it was dan fei bi jiao hong!!! haha... so funny!!! ate breakfast downstairs... left the hotel @ 8 am... we left for the hills... went to this exhibition centre... was quite boring there though... took the bus the whole day, all the way to hua lian.. the journey up was uncomfortable, cos the road there was winding... had dinner at some run down place... foos sucked big time!!! so once we reached the hotel, i stayed in the hotel room alone while my parents n my bro went out to buy cup noodles... haha... i stayed in the hotel to watch tv... haha... had a good night's sleep!!! haha... =P

woke up @ 6am... bathed, watched luo zhi xiang again and left the hotel room... went downstairs for breakfast... left for yi lan... whole day's jpurney again... on the way out of hua lian, the tour guide brought us to but custard apples and soursops... they were so super sweet... so my dad bought 1 carton of soursops back... a whole day's journey again... bumpy ride again... reached shangila resort... had dinner there and it was freezing cold... temperature was below 10 degree celsius... haha... stayed there the whole night... played some stupid traditional games there... haha... watched tv and slept...

woke up early also... left the hotel room @ 7 after yu le bai fen bai.... air outside was so fresh!!! unfrogettable!!! not at all polluted!!! ate breakfast den went to their park to walk... haha... played in the playground n plucked guavas from the trees on a steep slope... played bubbles, and saw a very CHEEKY PIG!!! the pig would snort very loudly when any female walks past... haha... climbed down the mountain to move to our next destination... we went to jiu fen... it's a food paradise there.... almost every stall is selling food... haha... many stalls were selling smelly tou fu.... the stench is so strong.. almost took my life from miles away!!! =D bought the famous jelly from there... haha... after jiu fen, we went to a museum in taipei... after the museum, we went to a feng shui shop & taipei 101... it is where all the expensive boutiques are... haha... no $$$.. only can see... haha.. after that we went to shi lin night market... bought a pair of nike shoes for myself n a watch... couldn't buy the clothes there... cos i'll die of heat stroke in singapore!!! haha... =P reached the hotel at 12.30am.... packed the luggage... bathed... watched yu le bai fen bai repeat... den fell asleep... haha...

woke up at 5.30am... left the hotel @ 6am... had sandwich on board the bus... 1 hr bus journey to the airport... ate a bowl of bi hoon soup, compliments by the tour guide... checked in at the airport... was almost late... the whole plane of pple was waiting for us... haha... had a nice trip... boarded the plane @ 9.30am... watched monster house on board the plane.... touched down 2 1.30pm...

had a nice trip!!! i wanna got there again!!! weather is shoik!!! haha... sorry for updating so late... haha... my old comp is down!!! =D

slept @ 3am n woke up @ 11... took a bath n left the house to meet jasline, lina, ah da n yan hwee... we went to the kodak shop to develop the photos... there were so many photos & some were super funny... haha... like monks going to disneyland... somemore their cameras are more expensive then ours... they also left disneyland with more things then us... haha... after printing all the photos, we went to eat chicken rice... there was nice YUMMY CHILLI.... hated those days in HK when there was NO chilli @ meal times.... after lunch, we walked to skool for band... on the way to skool, we met jason!!! =D haha...

reached skool early, which is around 1.30pm... still had enough time to talk to my BEST FRIEND (JiAn WeI)... we falled-in @ 1.45pm.... aaron n muzamir weren't there yet so jason n i had to settle the band room key issue n attendance issue... mr faizal came for band early today... i think he missed us too much... haha... =X when i came out of the general office with the keys, he said the old majors at work again!!! haha... when i unlocked the band store, the place was so smelly!!! helped the QM clean up the mess in the band room... n to clear all the newspaper... haha.. had real fun, even though i was all sweaty!!! haha.. =D had combined n sectionals... during sectionals, i let desmond use my besson... cos i'm not performing for the concert... haha... n i used his AMATI... really can MATI!! super lousy!!! but i believe, a good player given a lousy instrument will also be able to produce a nice n warm sound, like that of a good instrument... i'm not talking bout myself for sure... i'm dead lousy.. =D haha... but it was fun... it brought back fond memories when i was in sec 1 &2... =D after band, we had to fall-in again, as usual... then all the other majors were busy... felt me alone standing in front... den mr faizal came n asked me to perform.. den i replied him, "i want to sneeze"... haha... he was holding his Vick's nose inhaler in his hand... n he told me can share... den he kept pushing his inhaler to me, so i took a step away from him... n guess wat??? he did the same also... den he told me, good things must share!!! EEEEEE!!!!! =X haha... after band prac, we went to heartland kodak shop again... went to print photos from sut's phone... got alot of funny pic in her phone!!! MR PHUA got a sleep shot also dunno... n MR FAIZAL in the background... like a loner!!! saw PAPA PIG @ heartland!!! ^@^ haha... reached home @ around 8.30pm...lucky my parents not @ home!!! =X talked to my BEST FRIEND, lina, duncan (King's College, HK), shu shu, sut & ah whey online!!! =D eupho section went bonkus today... haha...

went for band in the morning till around 1.45pm... went to eat lunch n went to raffles city for the robinsons interview with yan hwee n irene... after the interview, irene n i went to compass point to but water bottlen some medicine for the hk trip... after that i went home to bathe... waited for my parents to come back... den my family n i headed to pasir ris... my cousin jus shifted there... went there for barbeque.. played in the playground with my 2 nieces... haha.. it was so tiring running round the playground n chasing them, making sure they are safe.. @ around 8.30pm, i left my cousin's house n headed to skool... weighed all of our luggage, to make sure all of it was less then 15kg.. haha... in the night, jasline, yan hwee n i laughed through the night.. n henry who was beside us laughed together with us...n when myeong seon asked what we were laughing @, he said he didn't know... OMG!!! sigh... after that, lina, sut, yan, ming yan n i started cutting the hair ribbon.. haha.. in the end mr faizal also came n help us cut some.. but he gave up in the end... haha...

left the skool around 3+ am in the morning.. packed our luggage n instruments in the lorry... n we boarded the bus.. we checked in @ the airport @ around 5+ in the morning.. mr phua, miss yap(mr phua's coulleage), lina, & i went to another counter to check in because we were taking jet star asia, while the rest of the band took united airlines... haha... actually i had to carry my instrument n my luggage... but it was too heavy, so mr phua helped me carry my instrument while i pulled his LIGHT luggage... after going in, miss loh bought lina n i each a swiss roll... haha.. cos in jet star, food is not included.. lina n i sat together while mr phua sat in front of us... he slept through out the whole flight... haha.. so funny... jet star landed earlier then united airlines because we left earlier... so we took our luggage n instruments... n helped the rest of the band collect their baggage... lina & i got a shock when miss loh came out with dan wei 1st... moreover, dan wei was on a wheelchair... we were like OMG!!! she actually fainted in the plane's toilet.. mr lawrence n mr faizal carried her out from the toilet... n i feel that the air stewardess is so stupid... an inhaler also dunno how to use... make the vapour spray up into the air instead of into the mouth... after landing, we headed straight for lunch... lina & i were super hungry because actually mr phua was supposed to treat us on board the plane... but he was sleeping so soundly... after lunch, we headed to many places... to sight see, to play... everything... mr lawrence bought a huge gigantic bag of jaw breakers... n 1 jaw breaker is super huge... we also went to the beach... eupho section took many pics on the beach... haha... had dinner... bought milk candy n drinks... went to watch the laser show... weather was too foggy... carn really see a thing so i rated it boring... checked into the hotel @ around 10+ i think... n there were uncivilised people around who jus push their way around... n kick things which blocked their way... n the way the talk is like the opposite party is partially deaf... SO UNCULTURED... mr faizal was so PISSED with them... anyway, i slept @ around 2+ in the night...

woke up @ 6.30am... because of the stupid morning...had breakfast had the hotel's cafe... went to stanley's market n maritime museum... after that, we had lunch n went back to the hotel for rehearsal in th carpark... had to stand n practice... carry the instrument till hand pain... had performance @ victoria park... there were lots of people... the performance there was screwed up... after performance, we went for dinner and den headed to ladies street to shop... after shopping, we had a de-brief.. n had to fall-in outside the hotel... it was freezing cold.. n i didn't bring my windbreaker out... in the end, my Kor (John) took off his windbreaker n lent it to me.. majors as usual had to stay back for something else... S****ing again.... after that, went back to the hotel room to change n rest... yawns...!! =O

woke up again @ 6.30am... went to king's college today after breakfast... had the same food for breakfast again... boring... headed for king's college... it's like an RI there... all the smart people... they dun have a band there... but the string ensemble is good... had KFC for lunch.. they dun even have spicy burgers... suffering... made friends there... after king's college, we headed to DISNEYLAND!!! woo hoo* we all changed on board the bus... haha... while walking into disneyland, thre was a whole big group of monks walking into disneyland... & WILSON asked me this question: "why the monks come to disneyland"... i answered him:"they want to see MICKEY MOUSE..." haha... had fun there.. so many disney characters... played the rides there... we 1st played the space mountain... when all of us came out, our legs were like jelly... i felt particularly weird in the stomach.. dunno why.. haha... played on the dumbo with alicia... with miss loh n mr lawrence in another elephant... played the "MAD HATTER TEACUPS" with alicia... played it twice... felt like a child once again... bought pooh stuff... mr lawrence, miss loh, alicia n i sat on the merry-go-round.. the one with the horses... haha... there were alot of lame rides there... after disneyland, we went for dinner... after dinner, we went to ladies street again... after ladies street, we went back to the hotel for a de-brief n after that headed back to our hotel rooms to rest... mr lawerence took rubilyn's bag n both of us couldn't go back into our hotel room becos she was the only 1 with the key... as i lef the key in m bag, which is in the room... we went searching like crazy people... mr lawrence wasn't in his room... we went to he lobby to see if he was there, but he wasn't... we walked to the place where we had our de-brief, but the only people there was mr phua, mr faizal & the ying wa college conductor... i suddenly had this feeling that mr lawrence could be in miss loh's room... so i took the lift to the 27th floor, while rubilyn took the lift to the 26th floor to knock on mr lawrence's room... when i rang the bell, mr lawrence opened the door, with rubilyn's bag sling across his shoulder... OMG!!! i also dunno how i felt.. both relieved that i found her bag n slightly angry... GRRRR!!! i told mr lawrence that we couldn't go into the room becos my bag was in the room n rubilyn is the only 1with the key... so in the end, he let me take the key, but not the bag... he insisted that rubilyn mus go take her bag personally from him... i unlocked the room door n went in to pack my things while rubilyn was in miss loh's room... i got a shock when rubilyn came back into the room with red eyes... but after a while, she was alright... =D miss loh talked to john, jason, lina n i... after that lina n i shared a dessert miss loh bought for us to share... yummy... =P

woke up @ 6.30 again... went for breakfast as usual... after that we headed to ying wa college... it's an all boys skool... practiced in their patheticly small music room.. all of us had to squeeze... after rehearsal was lunch... we had to mingle with the people there... but the girls from st stephen's girls were slightly flirt.. they wanted to sit with the ying wa guys... so when we asked them if any1 was sitting, they said yes... so we walked off larz.. lucky the instructors didn't scold us for that... after lunch, was a mini concert in the ying wa college hall... the ying wa college principal's hair was weird... haha... when we were on stage, we couldn't help laughing... left ying wa college... headed for dinner n later ladies street again... miss loh, lina, irene n i went to eat mango dessert... haha... yummy.. after that, we went back to the hotel... had de-brief n gift exchange... haha... so dumb... talked to the BAND EXCO... turned naggy once again... haha... lina, john, jason n i went to miss loh's room to talk again...went my eyes were about to close, i heard SHOW LUO ZHI XIANG'S new song-jing wu men on MTV... so i watched 1/2 of it... but was too tired so i fell asleep...

set my alarm @ 7am... but i woke up @ 9.11am... i was so dead tired... got dressed... went down for breakfast... but shaun didn't have any breakfast coupon so i gave mine to him... cos i forced down a whole bowl of instant noodles down my throat the night before.. so i wasn't hungry... went to lina's room... watched goong... left the hotel @ around 11+... headed for dim sum lunch... where the bus alighted us, there was this sex toy shop... so interesting manz... but i swear i won't touch such stuff... after that we did some last minute shopping... supposed to buy milk cAndy for AH FAMILY... but walked into every shop there but dun have... bought my DI DI (jason) birthday present liaoz... went to the donut shop... the cashier there is so handsome... *DROOLS* headed to the hotel for our instruments... den went straight to the airport... checked in... mr phua gave lina n i SDG$20 to eat dinner... so cool... the stupid custom guy asked me whether the photo in the passport is me... so dumb... on this trip, this question has been ask 3 times... all of us did not have time to shop @ the airport... mr phua sent us off @ the airport... GU DAN SHU SHU... no more MR FAIZAL n YYCB with him in HK... =) lina n i took the same plane together... the feeling of being INDEPENDENT!!! we thought we could buy milk candy @ the airport, but there wasn't enough time... so we msgEd SHU SHU to help us buy... haha... since he's gonna stay there for another couple of days... haha... there was some turbulence... so the plane was unstable... if anything happened to us, no mr lawrence, miss loh, mr faizal or mr phua to save us... haha... touched down safely.. miss loh n dan fainted... john vomitted until his nose bled... mr faizal said if he had known, he would have taken jet satr with us... cos on UA, he was kept busy by the sick people... haha... he dare not sleep... haha.... too many things happened... lazy to type... haha...

reached home... unpack stuff... slept @ 3+... woke up also @ 3+ in the afternoon... haha... slack the whole evening... will be flying to taiwan this sunday... n i'm very prepared that the people @ the customs will ask me whether the person in the passport is me when i go to TAIWAN... cos the photo in my passport is when i was P6... n i was as huge as an ELEPHANT... haha... even mr lawrence and lina said the photo doesn't look like me... haha.. this trip will forever be in my memory... =D

slept @ 2.30am this morning n woke up @ 7.30am... so dead tired... if not for band, i won't have to wake up so early... i can have my beauty sleep... haha... today we had sectionals 1st... after sectionals, we had brass n woodwinds ensemble... quite fun larz... during ensemble, the repair man came so mf had to "entertain" him so we had a so called break... and the repair man gave us sweets... haha... it tasted weird.. after that, we had combined... melissa is QM n had to attend to some instrument thingy so left alicia, desmond n i in the section... n 3 of us only know a bit of the songs only... n i was sitting in the middle of both alicia n desmond... they both like so quiet... left me alone... the feeling like playing solo... somemore the most important parts cannot play cos to tired after trying to make the section audible... tired... today all of us got our wind-breakers n handed up our passports... haha... after band, sut, yan, lina, alicia n i went to heartland hawker for lunch... after lunch went heartland watson's to buy lip balm... after walking @ heartland, we went to hougang mall... walked till 5+ den all of us went home... tired.. i think that's bout all for today... =X

woke up @ 7.15am... took a bathe n went for band... took 62(as usual) den alighted @ hougang mall bus stop 2 meet jasline... she passed me the vcd n $31 for the hk trip & @ the same time i returned her her other vcd... haha... then was supposed to meet alicia n lina @ the bus stop after the stadium @ 8.30am... but i was still early so i missed the 1st 62 bus... n while waiting for the 2nd bus, i saw henry... felt so weird...haha... met ferlyn in the bus... walked into skool, n jus nice when we were outside the band room, it was time to fall-in... nice timing... =D had combined prac the whole day... the pieces we(alicia &i) played were like for the 1st time... n was considered sight-reading... haha... we were like "how to play ah???" haha... played till around 12+ den break for lunch... lina, dan, alicia, yan, sut & i went to the hawker centre for lunch... den when we reached the skool gate, yan realised she left her phone on the hawker centre table... den we walked back to look for it... lucky the drink stall aunty kept her phone... or else it would have been taken by some1 else... haha... she scared the hell out of us... after collecting her phone, we walked back to skool... had combined throughout till 5... den mr phua talked bout the hong kong trip thingy... blah blah blah... btw, mr faizal asked JASON y i was so quiet... of all pple y ask him??? =S was i very quiet??? dun think so... i was my usual self wat... i think he too sensitive liaox... oh ya... today mf also quite pissed bout sec 4 exp attendance... even though he didn't say it out, his expressions betrayed him.... wat can i do?? sigh... now trying to come for every band prac... but really cannot make it for some... TO mr faizal, cheer up man... the blubbly side of u is better then ur unhappy side.. =D (If he is reading this).... planning to watch luo zhi xiang tonight @ 1.30am.... n wake up @ 7.15am for band.... gonna be SUPER TIRED...
